Same diagnostic. Different questions.
We work in any sector. The technical checks do not vary by industry — crawler access and structured data behave identically everywhere. What varies is what your customers ask an assistant, and which failure is costing you most. These are the industries we have written up so far.
-
Independent tour operators
Specialist travel is one of the most-asked categories in AI assistants, and one of the least readable. Most independent operators are invisible for reasons that take an afternoon to fix.

Estate and letting agents
Vendor and landlord instructions are high-value and increasingly researched through AI. Independent agents are usually invisible in those answers, while the portals are not.

Trades and home services
Assistants now answer local trade questions directly, with a named shortlist. For most firms this is the cheapest visibility work available and nobody has done it.

Recruitment agencies
Two audiences, two very different question sets, and a sector where specialism is everything — which is exactly what models reward, if they can read it.

Private healthcare and clinics
Health questions are among the most-asked and most carefully answered categories in AI assistants. Clinics that state their clinicians, registrations and treatments in machine-readable form get named. Most do not.

Solicitors and law firms
That conversation ends with a recommendation about who to instruct. Firms that state their practice areas, jurisdictions and regulatory detail readably are in it; firms with a page of undifferentiated expertise are not.

Accountants and bookkeepers
Accountancy is a referral business meeting a technology that makes referrals at scale. Practices that state what they do, who for, and on which software are the ones being named.

Care homes and later living
It is one of the highest-anxiety searches anyone makes, and it rewards providers whose fees, registration and specialisms are stated plainly. Most sites answer none of the three.

B2B software and SaaS
Software evaluation is the category where AI-assisted research took hold fastest — and where marketing sites are most likely to be a JavaScript application a crawler cannot read.

Manufacturers and suppliers
Industrial buying runs on specifications, tolerances and certifications — the most structurable data of any sector, and almost always trapped in PDF datasheets no model can read.

Your industry is not on this list
That is a gap in our writing, not in what we do. We work in every sector, and the diagnostic is identical in all of them — a crawler blocked at your CDN is blocked whether you sell holidays or hydraulic fittings, and an unreadable price is unreadable in any industry.
The pages above exist because the questions differ, not the method. If yours is not written up yet, run the check anyway: it works on any domain, and the report is the same one everybody else gets. Tell us your sector when you do and we will interpret the findings against the questions your customers actually ask.
